If we need to cancel an Adult Enrichment, After School, Aquatics and Youth Enrichment class:
You will be notified of class cancelations with a phone call and an email. Please make sure your contact information is correct in eleyo, our registration software. Delete any unchecked email or voicemail boxes. Full refunds will be made if your class/tour is canceled by us due to low enrollment. If a class is canceled due to COVID-19 before mid-point of class, you will receive a prorated credit voucher. No refunds or credits will be issued after mid-point of class. We are working hard to credit your account for canceled and prorated classes, and this process will be completed as soon as possible. Should you wish to receive a refund, please contact the appropriate office. Refer to How do I contact you?
If you need to cancel an Adult Enrichment, After School and Youth Enrichment class:
Our normal cancelation policy applies. Cancelation requests received at least five working days before class start date qualify for a refund, less a $10 processing fee per class and any costs incurred (supplies, food, tickets). Requests received less than five working days before class start date will receive credit voucher only, less a $10 processing fee per class and any costs incurred (instruction, supplies, food, tickets, facility). Refunds or credit vouchers are not issued after class has begun.
If you need to cancel an Aquatics class:
Our normal cancelation policy applies. Cancelations requested at least five working days prior to first class will receive account credit, less $10 processing fee. Account credit may be used for any family member. Cancelations requested fewer than five working days prior to start and up to mid-point will receive account credit for half the class cost, less a $10 processing fee. No refunds or credits issued after mid-point of class. Refunds for Red Cross courses will be subject to a processing fee; $25 for WSI, LGI, Lifeguarding, $10 for all others.
River Valley Project Explore
You will be notified of class cancelations with a phone call. The phone number from your registration will be used to contact you. You will receive a credit voucher for all canceled classes. If you have paid using a credit card or bank account and prefer a refund to that same payment method, please contact Project Explore at projectexplore@district196.org or 651-423-7931.
