Apple Valley Eagles Ultimate Frisbee Introduction Camp. Learn the skills and strategy required to play the up-and-coming sport of Ultimate Frisbee. Not only will we teach and practice throwing skills, but we will also introduce offensive and defensive strategy and terminology, and something unique to ultimate frisbee: “spirit of the game.” Students will be grouped based on age and experience, though no experience is necessary. We will include drills that work on speed, skills and strategy, while also making time for fun and games!
This camp will be held July 28-31 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Apple Valley High School. Cost is $60.
