District 196 is replacing FeePay with MyPaymentsPlus and PayPams. After August 3, FeePay will no longer be available to families.
MyPaymentsPlus will be used for online payments for athletics and activities registrations, field trips and fees. PayPams, which the district already uses for free and reduced-price lunch applications, will be used for managing student meal accounts, including online payments and meal account balances.
Community Education will continue to use Eleyo for program registration.
The district continues to wait for guidance from local and state leaders regarding school structure for the beginning of the 20-21 school year, which will impact the implementation timeline of both of these platforms. Until final decisions are made, here are a few important pieces of information for families:
Food Service Meal Accounts
Remaining balances in FeePay for food service accounts will be automatically transferred to PayPams upon completion of the transition. Families do not need to do anything for this process to complete.
Fees and Activities
Parent/Guardian access to FeePay will shut down Monday, August 3. Parents wishing to keep transaction records should print receipts in FeePay. Here is a link with instructions on how to print receipts.
Families needing refunds for activities processed in FeePay should contact their child’s school on next steps to complete the refunds.
Registrations for transportation fee-for-service, fall athletics, and technology insurance devices (and other activities) for the 2020-21 school year will open when final decisions have been made by local and/or state leaders on when/if these activities will take place. This allows families to retain fees during economic uncertainty and allows the district to avoid processing unnecessary refunds.
Graduated or transferring students can request refunds or transfers of meal account balances by visiting the Food and Nutrition Services webpage.
