Tai Chi is a non-impact form of exercise that stretches the entire body while building balance and strength. Class focus is Sun Style, characterized by upright postures and agile steps, which aid in enhanced circulation, balance and relaxation. The Sun 31 form has been endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation and has been shown to reduce the symptoms of arthritis. This form is suitable for all ages and abilities. All skill levels welcome.
